Internet Explorer 3.0 Chinese Language kit for Windows 95. Internet Explorer 3.0 has its own special version for viewing Chinese pages. It works well, it's fast and easy to install, and it's free from Microsoft (see link below). Start up Explorer. From the View menu pick Options..., then on the General tab click the Font Settings Button. Set the Explorer default encoding to Chinese Big5, and pick the Ming Li font for both proportional and fixed-width fonts. Download here |
